FREEDOM HR-DUV

Compact deep UV OEM spectrometer

FREEDOM HR-DUV offers the perfect balance between compact size and high resolution in your instrument design due to the use of Ibsen Photonics’ unique transmission grating technology. The spectrometer is robust and almost athermal and can operate under demanding environmental conditions.

Furthermore, the FREEDOM HR-DUV spectrometers support a wavelength range down to 178 nm with high sensitivity and it is fitted with valves for purging with inert gases.

Developer’s Kit

The FREEDOM HR-DUV is offered with a Developer’s kit for a plug and play experience.

The Developer’s Kit allows you to easily demonstrate the performance of the spectrometer without the need for complex hardware integration or time-consuming programming.

Benefits of transmission grating based spectrometers

The FREEDOM HR is a series of high-resolution spectrometers. This is obtained by a unique mirror-grating-mirror design utilizing Ibsen Photonics’ high dispersion transmission gratings. Furthermore, the spectrometers provide high efficiency and high throughput.
